23 August 2009 - Today we went to Daorea Korean BBQ Restaurant which located at Kepong area. It is almost full house when we arrive to this restaurant even is just normal Sunday. Original plan was visit during merdeka day, luckily we change our plan to come earlier. So if you plan to visit here (especially on special holiday), make sure make reservation to avoid disappointment.  

Beside sale BBQ Meat set , this restaurant sale Korean À la carte food too ..... and for this round our main focus is on BBQ Meat set. 

Hmmm.... from the BBQ Set menu, got 3 types of meat available -- Beef , Chicken & Pork. Among 3 type of these meat, pork meat is the cheapest, 2nd chicken and beef meat is the most expensive. Each type of meat have marinate with different type of sauce and some is without marinate sauce. For this restaurant minimum requirement order on BBQ meat set is 2 set order. (By the way, i dun think 1 set order is enough for 2 person or above) 

This is the BBQ place for BBQ the meat. By the way, the waiter will BBQ the meat for you. What you have to do is sit there watch, wait and eat hehe...

Before the meat arrive to be BBQ, Some BBQ Set side dish is served. 

Vegetable & Garlic - This is for you to wrap the meat with other side dish to be eat together. 

For add on sauce, we have Sesame Honey sauce

Korean BBQ sauce. (looks like sambal sauce) 

Ok, now we go for side dish.... 

Egg slice with something taste like chinese new year cake - Nian Gao 年糕..... hmmm maybe is Korean type Nian Gao... (Quite gummy)

Ikan Bilis fried with peanuts

We had order 2 set of different type marinate pork meat. Above is Port Meat marinate with special korean sauce. If i not wrong the name of this dish is call "Daeji Gal-Bi"

After done BBQ the meat, the waiter will cut the meat into small piece. What you have to do is took a vegetable leaf, put the meat on top, add in side dish on top, wrap it and eat just like what I show above. 

Price : 2 BBQ Pork meat set is RM27 x 2 with free Ginseng Green Tea (unlimited refill) & Tax 10% = RM59.40.

21 August 2009 - One of my colleague had resign (Those who work same office with me should know who is him hahahaha). We had come to this restaurant for his farewell...

This is a Chinese type restaurant however it was pork free and food sold here are "Halal". The restaurant offer dim sum, noodles, ala cart, lunch, dinner and so on which similar to other Chinese restaurant. 

25 July 2009 - Today is another friend's birthday, the birthday boy already plan since few weeks back to bring us to a  place which famous with seafood ^ ^ however, is a bit far from KL, which is in Port Klang area. 

The restaurant is located at Teluk Gong area, Port Klang. From Batu Caves to Port Klang need around 45 minutes to 1 hour driving (we are using MRR2 Highway).

Next to the main building have a large space area which have lots of table available, beside that there are few special design "Pondok" available too if you dun like to squeeze into narrow & crowded area.

Once you been seated. The staff will put some water on the table surface... ( I tough they are cleaning the table, but no...they are not ...)  After that, they will took out a huge pink red color plastic foam and put on the top of table surface..... Oooo it was the "use and throw" table cover....

20 August 2008 - Today is one of my best friend's birthday. The birthday boy had make decision to bring us to a nice view, nice place to have dinner while celebrate his birthday. 

6 of us with 2 car start our journey to Langat Hill from Batu Caves area at 7pm evening. After pass by middle ring road 2, we arrive to Cheras area. Turn here and there, pass this traffic light, that traffic light ( quite lots of traffic light & turns =.='' ),  we start climb hill. 

Quite dark along the road because no road light. Feel like going to Genting Highland at night hahaha... and after certain time, we finally arrive to destination - Gasoline Cafe Langat Hill. 

And that time we found that..... WOW ! quite crowded, not much parking space & the road to the restaurant was quite narrow. After park our car, we went to the outdoor restaurant ( this is the main point for us to see KL night views of course hehehe.... )

From the Gasoline Cafe menus, there are few different types of food available, such as noodles, rice, steak, snacks and so on. After order our drinks and foods, we start looking around the environment.

Can see almost the whole KL views from this location. 

The picture is abit blur because I using night mode without tripod. 

This is 2 of the drinks we had order.... Soda Lime Plus Vanilla Ice Cream and Soda Lime Juice.

Hmmm if I not remember wrong this should be Cheese Chicken Chop

By the way, the weather is a bit cold (because this location is consider at half hill) . If you scare cold, make sure bring along jacket with you. The weather will be more colder if rain or after rain. 

And of course, make sure bring your digital camera or SLR with enough memory space, battery power & tripod with you for capture nice nice picture. ^^

04 November 2007, From Teluk Intan back to Kuala Lumpur journey, we had stop by Kuala Selangor to have some nice seafood dinner.

River View seafood restaurant is one of the famous seafood restaurant in Kuala Selangor. Behind the restaurant is a river which you can see fisherman's houses, boat parking or driving around the river.

Seafood from this restaurant (or can say most of the restaurant in this area) are fresh, because it was bought fresh from the fisherman directly who live nearby area.

The restaurant is always full of customer when come to dinner time or holiday season. And most of them are visitors from other places. 

Because this round is just only 2 of us, we did not order much food (Scare can't finish it ^^'' and dun wan waste.)

This is how the restaurant looks like. Main color is Orange ! Even the waiter & waitress also wearing orange color shirt.

Fried bread, is nice to mix with the Nai Sha Meat Crab's sauce. Yummy...

Among all the item above, the meat crab price is base on per kilogram. 1 kilogram is about 4 medium size meat crab. 

By the way, nearby the restaurant , have a few shop that sale biscuit, salted fish, fish ball, fish noodles, fish cake, keropok and so on...... most of them are fish product. 

You can also visit nearby seafood supplier to get fresh seafood to bring back home for cook too. 

And there is also a firefly park nearby, you can ask the waiter /waitress for direction on how to went there. (Only available at night time of course ^^)
